Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Due to the hygienic nature of our product, used or installed products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- order number
- clear photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- used or installed products
- items damaged due to improper use
- items returned after the 30-day period
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
